What we collect
When you request a quote or book, we collect your name, phone number, email address, address and postcode. We use this only to arrange and carry out your window cleaning — confirming your booking, texting before visits and taking payment.
Advertising measurement
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To measure how those ads perform, this site uses the Meta Pixel, which reports page visits, quote-step answers, quote enquiries (a "Lead" event) and booking completions (a "Schedule" event) to Meta Platforms, Inc. The same two events are also sent from our server using Meta's Conversions API. For those two events we include your name, phone number, email address and postcode in an irreversibly encrypted (hashed) form, so Meta can match the event to an ad without receiving your details in readable form. Where the law requires it, all of this only runs after you have given consent for advertising cookies; elsewhere it runs as ordinary measurement. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, and you can control ad personalisation in your Meta account settings.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. We never sell your information to anyone.
